Gregory A. Stout Joins Firm

Cincinnati, OH – The law firm of Reisenfeld & Associates LPA, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of a new associate attorney, Gregory A. Stout.

Mr. Stout, associate counsel, joins the firm’s expanding litigation department. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in 1994, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Stout later graduated from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2001 and later admitted to the Ohio and Kentucky State Bar Associations.

Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates, Mr. Stout served as bankruptcy and litigation counsel in the Cincinnati branch office of a Louisville-based law firm, where he focused his time on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation. He has represented debtors and bankruptcy trustees in consumer bankruptcy matters and creditors in both consumer and complex commercial matters.  Mr. Stout has also defended consumer practice act violations on behalf of creditors throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.
