Howard and Nalley Receive Promotions

Cincinnati, OH – Reisenfeld & Associates LPA, LLC, a legal services provider to the mortgage banking industry, recently announced the promotion of Jerry R. Howard to Lead Indiana Counsel and David C. Nalley to Lead Kentucky Counsel. In their new positions, Mr. Howard and Mr. Nalley will oversee a staff of associate attorneys and paralegals.

Mr. Howard joined Reisenfeld & Associates in 2006 as Lead Kentucky Counsel. He received his Juris Doctor from Chase University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University. Mr. Howard is a member of the Ohio State, Indiana State. Kentucky State and Cincinnati Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Mr. Nalley joined Reisenfeld & Associates in 2010 as Associate Kentucky Counsel. He received his Jurise Doctor from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Nalley is a member of the Kentucky and Ohio State Bar Associations and is a past officer in the Ohio Creditors’ Attorneys Association. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.

Additionally, Mr. Nalley authored “Turning a Blind Eye: U.S. Supreme Court Clarifies Sexual Harassment Standard in School Setting,” and co-authored “The Recent Supreme Court Decision in Strumpf: The Effect on Bank of Rights of Set-Off in Bankruptcy.”
