Biography
He graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a B.A. in Political Science and graduated from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, with a concentration in Litigation. Before joining Reisenfeld and Associates, James practiced law in Michigan as a creditor’s rights attorney representing lenders in civil litigation involving judicial foreclosures, real property issues, including resolution of easement and boundary line disputes, establishing mortgage priority, and quiet title actions. James also worked as a Bankruptcy and Litigation attorney with a small firm in Huntington, WV handling a variety of different cases including criminal defense, personal injury, consumer protection and estate planning.
