Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates in February 2013, Mr. Altman was an associate attorney at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis in Cincinnati, Ohio. While at Weltman, Mr. Altman’s practice focused primarily in the areas of mortgage based foreclosures, foreclosure alternatives and complex title resolution including settlement negotiations. While attending law school, Mr. Altman held a law clerk position with the litigation department of Lerner Sampson & Rothfuss where he drafted complex motions, pleadings, trial briefs, and discovery related filings and made substantial revisions to the Ohio and Kentucky chapters of the National Mortgage Servicers Reference Directory.

Rob lives in the suburbs of Cincinnati with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is an avid Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan.

Rob is also a Member of the Steering Committee on the Cincinnati Bar Association’s YLS Mentoring Committee which is dedicated to mentoring youths throughout the Cincinnati area.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
