Bradley Reisenfeld, managing partner, and Jennifer Hester, client relations director, attended the sixth Semi-Annual Legal League 100 Servicer Summit in Dallas, TX April 7-8. Topics discussed during the two-day summit included HAFA and the Role of the Attorney, Best Practices in Bankruptcy and Loss Mitigation, the Emergence of Mandatory Mediation and Loss Mitigation & Loan Modifications.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
