Bradley Reisenfeld, managing partner, Matthew Gladwell, lead Ohio counsel and Jennifer Hester, client relations director, attended the 2011 Mortgage Banker’s Association National Mortgage Servicing Conference in Grapevine, TX February 22-25. The conference focused on economic updates, navigating loss mitigation through litigation, the ever-changing world of REO, vacant properties, short sales and many other educational sessions. Bradley Reisenfeld was also selected to speak on the default super session panel.

The Mortgage Banker’s Association is a national industry organization representing the real estate finance industry. Membership includes mortgage lenders, servicers, attorneys, title representatives, asset management outsourcers, real estate brokers and a wide variety of associated vendors that provides a comprehensive perspective on developing trends and how they will affect the industry as a whole.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
