Reisenfeld & Associates Announces New, Expanded Role for Daniel A. Cox

Cox Named Director of Default Operations

Cincinnati, OH – Reisenfeld & Associates LPA, LLC, a legal services provider to the mortgage banking industry, recently announced the promotion of Daniel A. Cox to Director of Default Operations.

In his new position, Mr. Cox’s primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Firm at the direction of Sylvan and Bradley Reisenfeld. Additionally, his primary objectives are to ensure that the everyday operations run smoothly including the supervision of attorneys and staff, quality of work produced and timeline and compliance management. Mr. Cox will also have oversight to many HR-related issues regarding employee reviews and personnel requirements. This new position allows managing partners, Sylvan and Bradley Reisenfeld, an opportunity to focus on the Firm’s overall policy and direction.

Mr. Cox joined Reisenfeld & Associates in 2001 as a law clerk and quickly emerged a leader within the Firm. In 2003, Mr. Cox assumed the lead attorney in the Ohio foreclosure department and in the fall of 2009, he became the lead attorney in the Indiana foreclosure department. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Cox is a member of the Ohio State, Cincinnati and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Ohio and Indiana. Additionally, in October 2008, he was named a member of the Firm by Sylvan and Bradley Reisenfeld.
