Reisenfeld & Associates is proud to announce that the firm has been named one of Cincinnati’s Top Work Places for 2011 by the Cincinnati Enquirer Media. The firm landed a spot in the top twenty mid-size companies (150-499 employees). The Cincinnati Enquirer received several nominations from Reisenfeld employees last fall.

In late fall, over 80% of the employees completed a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics, the Cincinnati Enquirer’s outside partner. Throughout the whole project, Workplace Dynamics surveyed 37,712 workers at 105 local organizations before arriving on the twenty that rose to the top.

Below are some of the quotes from the firm’s employees:

“Senior management not only listens to what employees have to say, but actually schedules monthly luncheons to meet with them. They know everyone’s name and their family history.”

“Everyone is willing to help and answer questions that I have, which is very hard to find in many work places.”

“I love working here because of the balance it has with being a laid-back atmosphere along with the top-notch product and professionalism it achieves.”

“They are extremely flexible as long as you work hard and come to work and produce.”

“I love working here because the atmosphere is friendly, and the owners treat everyone like family.”

“My job gives me challenges, which in turn allows me to grow.”

“I work for a company that cares about me as a person.”
