Cincinnati, OH – The law firm of Reisenfeld & Associates LPA, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of a new associate attorney, Sarah A. Okrzynski.

Ms. Okrzynski, associate counsel in the firm’s litigation department, graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2000 where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.  Ms. Okrzynski later earned her Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2003 and was also admitted to the United States District Court of Ohio and Kentucky.

Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates, Ms. Okrzynski served as the supervising attorney for a Cincinnati-based law firm where she focused her time on creditors’ rights litigation and civil litigation. She also supervised the legal process for all new suits filed in Ohio and Kentucky from complaint preparation through judgment and execution. As part of her supervising duties, Ms. Okrzynski also ensured her department was in compliance with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Federal Bankruptcy law, other applicable federal, state and local law and court rules.

“We are thrilled to add Sarah to the Reisenfeld family,” said Brad Reisenfeld. “She has great experience in the areas of creditors’ rights and litigation and I am confident she will continue to build our reputation in the mortgage banking industry.”
