Biography
Bryan Cockroft is an attorney with a practice focused on consumer finance litigation/ He currently serves as financial institutions in complex litigation and regulatory matters. Bryan’s litigation experience spans foreclosure actions, creditor rights disputes, fraudulent conveyance defense, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings in both state and federal courts. He regularly drafts pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions, bringing precision and strategic insight to each case. In addition to his litigation work, Bryan has advised healthcare clients on compliance and transactional matters, including issues related to controlled substances and cannabis regulations. His background in healthcare law is grounded in hands-on experience, including his tenure as a legal fellow at a large healthcare network in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he contributed to legal operations, policy drafting, and regulatory research on credentialing and telemedicine. Bryan holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and an MBA from the University of Louisville College of Business.
