Biography

Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates, Mr. Arlinghaus worked in the areas of creditors’ rights, real estate law, insurance defense and civil litigation with several Greater Cincinnati law firms, and has practiced in cases venued in most of the counties in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Mr. Arlinghaus represents creditors in foreclosures and collections cases, and is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. During law school, Mr. Arlinghaus authored an article while on law review at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and co-authored another article subsequent to graduation.

Chris is a native of Greater Cincinnati and currently resides with his wife in Northern Kentucky. He enjoys following the Cincinnati Bengals, Reds and local college basketball teams. Chris enjoys traveling, reading historical biographies, genealogy research, and spending time with friends and family.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
