Ms. Henning began her legal career with the law firm Feiwell & Hannoy in Indianapolis, IN handling mortgage foreclosure cases. Ms. Henning subsequently worked at a medical research institute primarily focusing in the areas of contracts and HIPAA compliance. Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates in August 2018, Ms. Henning worked at the firm of McNeely Stephenson where she worked primarily in the areas of elder law and insurance subrogation. In that role, Ms. Henning drafted estate planning documents; handled Medicaid applications; worked on various litigation matters including conducting discovery, legal research, drafting pleadings, and participating in hearings and trials.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
