Biography
David received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University. David has maintained a multi-state practice as an associate at both large and small firms throughout the State of Ohio, with the last twenty years mostly focused on creditor’s rights in foreclosure, collection and bankruptcy matters. His jobs involved attending mediations, pre-trial conferences, negotiation with opposing parties and counsel, legal research and brief preparation, addressing discovery requests and representing clients at trial.

Personal
David, an Eagle Scout, served for many years as a Scout leader. He has been active and served as an officer of various church and civic groups as well as serving as a City Councilman in Findlay, Ohio in the early 2000’s. Being a varsity football player in college and later a football coach and official, he can often be seen working out with his son at the gym.
