Biography
Christian Niklas has over 28 years of legal experience representing the mortgage and banking industry, including default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and REO. As the Managing Attorney of Bankruptcy, Christian leads a team of talented attorneys who handle bankruptcy cases throughout the federal courts in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Christian has extensive experience in both bankruptcy and foreclosure litigation in Ohio and Indiana.
