Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates in October 2014, Mr. Nalepka worked as an associate attorney and litigation counsel in the Cincinnati office for a multi-state law office focusing on Creditors’ Rights and Foreclosures. Prior to that time, he managed a small, general practice law firm in Hyde Park representing plaintiffs and defendants in all areas of law including litigation, real estate, commercial and consumer collections, breach of contract, personal injury and domestic relations in Ohio and Kentucky State and Federal courts.

Paul lives in suburban Batavia with his wife, son and three dogs while his daughter is away in College. He enjoys watching The Ohio State University football program, watching his son play for his high school football team, and volunteering for his church.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
