Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates in March 2018, Ms. Pearson served as an Associate Attorney at a national collections law firm. Before that, she worked for two years as a Litigation attorney at a Northern Kentucky firm focusing on Creditors’ Rights and Foreclosure. Prior to that, she worked for 9 years as an Associate Attorney at a multi-state Creditor’s Rights firm handling all aspects of foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation cases.

Rachel is a lifelong resident of Florence, Kentucky where she still resides with her husband, two daughters and two dogs. She enjoys reading, traveling and anything dog related. Rachel is involved in animal rescue and volunteers with the Stray Animal Adoption Program out of Northern Kentucky fostering homeless dogs until they can be adopted into a permanent family.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
